Hereby, on behalf of the Libya people, I declear that we are at war with NE. The Libya people are suffering, calling for support from our friend Russia and India. It's a self defensive, anti-invasion holy war that we will and must win!

I have to tell you though that it leaves an unpleasant taste in one's mouth. I used to think that everyone that was banned was a downright cheater and couldn't understand why. Now I'm less sure.
