13 Oct 13 UTC Spring, 2001: Russia's gone and France and England didn't post moves last turn. I suggest a draw between 5. I understand it looks like an easy way out (which it is) and based on what I've said to some of you, you may not want to draw. I ask you just think: This game will go on for a good amount of time longer, and Russia France and England have shown what I'm thinking: I really don't want to have to remember to make moves twice every day on the weekend. Also, Egypt's going to get quite the advantage with Russia gone, thought I'm sure Poland and England will take a share as well. Again, leaving and not giving orders leaves games unfair. I understand it looks like an easy way out for me, but I'm voting draw and invite others to do the same.
13 Oct 13 UTC At the minute drawing would result in a 4-way draw, as England and Russia are gone. If you're in it for the points, 38 points is quite a bit. If you're in it to better your record, it's unlikely anybody would win at this point, so a draw was bound to happen anyway. Also, this game has become quite corrupted due to the two people who have left. A France Poland alliance is obvious, as is an Italy-Egypt. This game will go for a while for no real good reason. Looking at the board, a stalemate line will most likely be established stretching from the South west to North East of the board, if Poland can get into Russia quickly and France can stop progress into Spain. So again, I ask, please vote draw and we can be done with this.
