The time until the next phase has been extended from 19 hours to 24 hours (one full phase) so you can find a new player to take his place if you want to. Make sure to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily.

09 Aug 09 UTC	Hello, For the record, I have just taken over France in CD. He sent messages to both Italy and England pre-game, both of which were ignored. I have joined this game, adding 12 pts to the pot. If this game was to be drawn, we'd all end up with 13 or 14 points for a net profit. (My reason for joining is that I need 1 more point to be able to start WTA games :-) If we don't vote for a draw, then I'm happy to continue playing this game. Otherwise, with people breaking Gunboat rules (old France) and dropping out and coming back, perhaps those wanting a gunboat game may be better starting afresh, posting messages in the forum, possibly even setting up the game as a private game so you don't get people joining who don't know what gunboat is. That said, I'm completely silent from here, so... I'll zip it!
