17 Sep 13 UTC	Autumn, 1999: I can't believe Russia is holding us off for another 5 hours. He's been eliminated from the game since it's Autumn and he has no SCs yet the game is oriented in a way that until he orders his unit to disband or we reach the deadline we have to wait? That's ridiculous!
