GG, but why didn't Poland's St. Petersburg get an opportunity to retreat to Murmansk? That would take a SC from Egypt and allowed the game to continue one more round, albeit, likely to be a fruitless one.

Yeah it's a known bug that if a power has enough centers to solo then the game doesn't process the retreats phase.
