02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: This map is crazy. Have fun all :)
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Indeed a new experience let us see how this plays out.
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Agreed... this is strange. Good luck, everyone.
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: -silently chants "Please no CDs, please no CDs"-
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: You ask far to much from this community my good sir
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: ALSO! Just wanted to point out for those who might not know -- this is a "build anywhere" map, which means that you can build new units in any open, unoccupied SC you control at the time. That clearly doesn't matter for the first year, but it might affect some of your long-term plans :)
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Ah that is nuts!
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: So does that mean you can build and now have to wait till autumn? Or does that mean if you have captured a territory and can build on spots that do not have SC's on them? Sorry it was just phrased a little weird and I'm getting confused.
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Yeah, sorry, let me rephrase:

Normally, there are "home" supply centers for each country -- the ones you start on -- and when you can build, those are the possible places you can build from.

In this variant, there are no "home" supply centers for each country. Instead, whenever you have the opportunity to build, you can build in any supply center you control. Just like in the original game, though, you can't build in a center unless it's open (ie, there's no unit in it already).

Is that clearer?
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Yes thank you
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Wow I just noticed how Britain is cut off from his other supply centers
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Ya apparently Spain caught some British fever
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: This is gonna be fun! Good luck everyone!
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: I'm going to like this, especially with Britain being right below me.
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Interestingly, it's true to life: Gibraltar is technically a British Overseas Territory -- it's relatively sovereign, but relies on the UK for defense, foreign relations, etc. They've actually refused to join with Spain several times. We'll see if they can refuse in this game as well :)
02 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 1994: Hi all, gl!
07 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1995: England, France, Poland and Italy all at once? Wow!
07 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1995: Payback for The War, methinks :)
10 Jun 13 UTC Autumn, 1996: I'm currently at Boy's State, so I'll be leaving my moves on save until night time due to restricted cellular access. I apologize in advance for the delay over the next few days. Thanks!
27 Jun 13 UTC Spring, 2000: So Poland is going to be away for a while at GHP and he asked me to watch over his games while he's gone so as not to drag out turns. Just letting everyone know I am a different guy.
