03 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: At the end of this turn Germany and France will almost definitely have 11 supply centres, which is very worrying for the rest of us. While Germany would be easily able to backstab France, I doubt he will and we need to be careful they don't run away with this. I'm not suggesting we stop fighting completely but if you could speak to your nearby allies to arrange non-aggression pacts or at least to be a bit more civil then we can stop them running away with this.
03 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: France almost always claim Spain and Portugal, Germany almost always claim Holland and Denmark. It is by no means decided who is going to get Belgium, by my reckoning there is as good a chance of England taking it than either myself or Germany leaving each of us on 5. Which happens to be the same number of supply centres that yourself and Austria will likely be on... Deflecting from a Russo-Austrian alliance much?
03 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: But for Germany to not take Belgium England would have to forgo getting Norway, which leaves them crippled. Plus you could support him into Belgium which would guarantee you it. I'm likely to inly get one as Germany can bounce me out of Sweden, and its looking like Austria and Turkey will too (probable bounce in Greece).

Overall, you have definitely got 11 regardless of what you say, and the next highest will be me on 5 (having started on 4) and everyone else on 4. All I was doing was trying to stop all us other guys fighting each other for a bit to stop you running away with it, hopefully they see that.
03 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: A few points need clarifying here:

1) France and Germany are not and never will be the same country. There will not be 1 country on 11, just 2 on 5 (or potentially 6) similar to the numbers that other countries have.
2) I can assure you I have no intentions of helping Germany into Belgium.
3) Austria have a 50% chance of gaining a second build. Turkey can only guard one of Bulgaria and Greece as they didn't move to Constantinople. Austria just need to flip a coin and hope they get it right. So Austria count as 4.5 SCs.
4) As I stated before, Spain and Portugal can almost be assumed to be French in the same way that Holland and Denmark can be assumed to be German. It is not surprising for these countries to gain quick builds but this is not necessarily threatening, it is just expected in the same way it is expected that Italy will finish on 4 builds after 1901 in most games. The countries are balanced throughout the game (with the exception of Italy. My condolences to the man in green)
03 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: 1) The moving of all of your troops away from yor territories strongly implies you've teamed up, and even if that is only temporary it will still lead to bad news for the rest of us. Germany could have gone Munich to Burgundy in the first turn which would have potentially stopped you getting any builds, but you were confident he wouldn'd (hence, alliance).
2) You don't have to help him in to be teaming up, i'm sure you'll bounce with England in London, knowing that England can only either get Norway or stop Germany getting Beligum, not both.
3) That would involve moving Budapest down to Serbia or Trieste across, both of which leave them more vulnerable than I presume they'd want to be.
4) Yes those two countries each getting two is fairly common, but the fact you used your armies indicates you feel no threat from Germany and instead want to head straight for England, which - with Germany's help - will fall quickly.

We'll see at the end of the turn how things have gone, and see if you guys are walking away with it.
03 Apr 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: 1) By the same logic I am in alliance with Italy (he could have gone into Piedmont). I agree I did agree to demilitarize Burgundy (and Piedmont) but that doesn't spell an alliance. In all fairness I was planning to move into MAO rather than ENG but was warned that England was planning to attack me by moving into ENG. It turned out this information was wrong but I did move in there solely to bounce him out meaning I had to move both armies to pick up Iberia.

As you might have guessed it's fred, and it seems I missed out on a couple of crucial bits of information here and there. Is there any way this game can be restarted with everyone doing the same moves again (I will repeat my move one cock-up if people insist)? If not I think I will have to resign because I'm stupidly behind now. I'm sorry for this, I should have paid the game more attention.

I would rather do a restart, because if those around me have to go easy on me then they are at a disadvantage; it's unfair to make them attack each other, and they can't be made to just sit there. A restart shouldn't take long, only two moves - we could do it in ten minutes if we were all at our computers at the same time.

06 Apr 13 UTC We wont necessarily start with the same countries so can't do it the same way but I'm fine to restart. Also you shouldn't have to do more than once in 24 hours, are you sure you didn't just miss a whole 24 hours?
