Spring, 7: I believe I have the solo wrapped up. Four on Sar with no risk to Massila (Pha guarantees it). Nea has Sic covered and Roma has Nea covered even with the Retreat to Aus.Create is in no dnager as Mess or Lib can cover it. Antioch takes Sidon with Dam and Arabia support while Cil moves in behind Antioch to keep Cap out. That adds two to my count bring me to 19.
I'm telling all you this so we can hurry up and finish it up and give you a chance to try and find a flaw in my final move order.
