23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: Here to help!
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: Would help if you moved to Armenia to threaten Ank as Bulg is pretty much blockaded
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: Also France can help too, by attempting to guess the Aegean/Eastern Med question correctly. We all have a part to play against Turkey :)
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: Let me get con!:)
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: And Ankara!
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: Fine by me. I get Bulg, you get Con/Ank/Black, and France gets Smyrna or Venice
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: Preferably Venice.
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: That's fine, you will just have to convoy my army
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: gotta love the bounced retreat
23 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1905: (Also, France, I really hope you didn't build another goddamn Fleet is Mars, but I think you did, so I feel like I should build accordingly?)
23 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1906: I did, because The only way I can see this game going is FRAG. Somebody has to deal with Turkey (no offense, Turkey). I don't have anything else to do.
23 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1906: Well that's true but you have quite enough fleets to do the job already :P
23 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1906: Really, Russia needs to be making headway against Turkey. Give Turkey credit, they've held out longer than I thought they would. But, you have to start moving to Armenia, hit Black Sea, etc. The way I see it, Russia needs 3 of the Turkish centres, while Austria takes 1 more. Unless one of you thumbs your nose at the west and we embark on a s***storm.
23 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1906: Don't worry, Russia is heading to Armjenia and will get Ank and Con
23 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1906: Fuu
23 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1906: Sorry Turkey!
23 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1906: Why is everybody just supporting except for austria? Do we have some multi-accounting here?
24 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1906: No. It's just way too annoying to do anything else.
24 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: France, I'm just moving so as to take out the pink on the map. It offends my aesthetic sensibilities.
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: I was going to do it eventually if you weren't.
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Russia, care to support Eastern Med to Smyrna using Armenia?
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Or I could support you.
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: lols germany had to get rid of the pinnk
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: I would appreciate support for me I need turkey
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Definitely multi-accounting going on here. It doesn't just happen to be so that all the action on the map is around turkey.
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: We just don't like you. The mods will laugh at you if you go and taddle tail.
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: At this point Turkey, you're offending us. Maybe you got unlucky this game, maybe you're just bad. Either way, stop crying "multi!" every time something goes wrong for you. It's 1906 and we've long-since established our alliances. Deal with it.
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Shit, I meant to post that as Austria
25 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Yes I didn't.
26 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: So the whole map is allied against turkey? That's pretty radical
26 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: A case was made for a coalition to dismantle 3 powers, and split the centres equitably. Not so radical. Playing for the draw, as legitimate, can be debated endlessly around here, but it's still an option. Now, all of that might fall apart once, or just before, you're eliminated. They call that the art of the politic, yes?
26 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: GameMaster: Pjman was banned: repeat multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
26 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Who was that?
26 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Oh, looks like Russia. Want to take it apart?
26 Mar 13 UTC Autumn, 1906: Now you all just look like fools for calling me out..
26 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: Now you all just look like fools for calling me out..
27 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: Well, your intuition must be better than mine. What were your clues so I can tell in the future?
27 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: Well. Huh. I apologize, Turkey, you were correct after all.
27 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: Maybe we should let Turkey into the club. They should get something for their efforts.
27 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: Fair point.
27 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: Bah, I destroyed the wrong unit. I'm dead anyways, just carry on.
27 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: PJman is terrible in every game I've ever played. No better here. Got lucky that he allied with the right crew and Turkey chose Italy, basically. Sat in Warsaw and didn't move, never showed initiative, only made moves after being told to. Sorry, Turkey, but you are still dead in the water.
27 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: (also note no one else was banned, so even though he had multiple accounts, was only playing one of them here)
27 Mar 13 UTC Spring, 1907: He was likely banned for multi on a different game.
28 Mar 13 UTC France, I am making a play against Norse territories. Since Austria is making claims on Turkey, is there a chance you can pull some of those Turkish provinces into your fold?
28 Mar 13 UTC Doubtful. Unless Austria decides he wants to hand them to me.
28 Mar 13 UTC Push into the Aegean, then Smyrna?
28 Mar 13 UTC No need to kill Russia, the game is truly done without a Russian player, whether there was going to be a stab or not (and I hope for the sake of you all that you weren't /all/ serious about playing for a 4 way). Too out of balance if Germany can grab all of Russia essentially uncontested. Just kill Turkey and draw, or just draw and end the game because of the CD.
28 Mar 13 UTC Also I've decided public press kind of sucks
28 Mar 13 UTC I've had some good Public Press games. I think it would have been more interesting had there been more fractious elements at play.
