Spring, 4: "Meta" is short for meta-gaming. Basically it means there were two accounts being played by the same person. So Carthage and Persia were the same person.

Clearly they were caught by the sight administrators, so both accounts were banned and likely the I.P. address blocked as well so that that person cannot play again in the future.
