Autumn, 2000: [Europe]:Sorry guys. Clarification: every OTHER turn is a capture/build turn. So whatever you have control of this turn is what you get. if you had a unit on a land last turn but you moved it, you did not capture it. I am mostly talking to Kenya, South Africa, and Russia. |
