Spring, 1999: It'd still shift the balance of power a little (giving you and the Heartland one fewer enemy to deal with) either way, but I don't mind if we keep playing regardless. It'd be cool if you don't capture Washington either (since ordinarily they'd be protecting it), but it's up to you. |
