I'm fine strong arming you to keep you from getting 3 builds - particularly in a game like this where coordination is difficult. A three build Germany is poised to make a supported move to Bur in 02.

This doesn't mean I plan on moving west, and I'm more than happy to coordinate as best we can with this format. I wanted to, I could support myself into Bur - or I could just agree to the DMZ and break it. I hope you view my honesty as a sign of good faith, not of aggression.

Also, to say the Enlgishman has done no such strong-arming is a bit silly. He doesn't have any pressing concerns that would require such a strong stance.
