@ssorren, what would Ostriches want their heads in the ground for? They are the closest living thing to a frakking velociraptor, they have huge claws, run at something like 40km per hour, and are the biggest birds alive (afaik). They could rip you in two in a fair fight...

On the other hand, hypocrisy from government officials (like this example) is pretty shitty and the public will not entirely like it (meanwhile Clinton supporters will have to become hypocrits to criticise this, but they never ran for public office, so don't get held to anything like the same responcibility...)

Actually, Clinton supporters can gleefully hoist republicans by their own petards. Also, Clinton never lied in a confirmation hearing. Clearly Chaffetz and Gowdy should request a criminal investigation of Sessions and Pruitt

They won't of course because their "concern" was always total bullshit. Once again, folks who were up in arms about Clinton but aren't here were never that concerned about this kind of thing and were using it for objections they did t want to speak out loud

Well Russian judicial & court system has nothing to do with justice, it's function is to implement State policy, and since Putin is effectively a dictator, "state" policy is "whatever Putin decides is in his best interests" first, then Russia's interests.
We're "celebrating" 75 years of Diplomatic relations between Australia and Russia & it's a strained relationship at present. Watched a "load of bullshit" speech from the Russian ambassador to Australia. What a dissembling dog, imho.
Putin is, in my opinion, a multiple murderer, thief, liar...and this is the guy Turniphead TrumpGod is getting cosy with.."birds of a feather flock together". Putin is running rings around President Turniphead TrumpGod.

Throwing a game

What is everybody's opinion on players throwing a game? There's a debate going on in a game of mine whether it's a form of metagaming or a valid strategy, or just unsportsmanlike, and I'd be curious to see how everyone feels about it.

ISIS defeated

Trump has defeated ISIS within 30 days as President as he promised. Were not sure how he did it. Were not sure how many nukes it took. Were not sure what the secret plan was. But I for one am glad ISIS is gone. Now we can move on to Anubis, Ra and Osiris. I never liked them either.
