This therefore includes foreigners who are legally in the US, not just illegal immigrants.

Sure, immigrants don't commit as much crime. Their children, however, commit more.

Except by only publishing crimes of non-citizens, it looks like they commit lots of crimes. But if proportional statistics show they commit crimes at the same rate as citizens, then a listing of crimes is really meaningless - it just shows they are like any other large population in the US. Showing only partial facts is as good as lying and deception here - we should know all about this as WebDip players.
