@Brainbomb: I did not see the emails which prompted Krellin's ban. I cannot therefore comment on their content. However Zultar's story of Krellin deliberately attempting to bait the mods and affect the forum is one I can recognise.

He was. Both privately, and publicly. He was a troll. We understood each other and it was never angry

He complained of his treatment on the site and insinuated that the mods were selectively enforcing the rules of the site. He was out of line in that maybe, but that does not seem to justify a ban.

He wanted me to visit him. And to move to michigan. This is not someone full of hate.

Mods aren't going to take names on a list into account if krellin ever does come back. There's an appeals process. There was a lot of support around bringing Putin33 back on the site, and he got unbanned. But names on a list wasn't what got him unbanned, it was mods coming to see he didn't deserve a ban. Yanik has been banned twice. Neither of those instances had anyone petitioning to bring him back, but he's still here because he managed to clear up misunderstandings BY HIMSELF. If krellin wants back, he can appeal. If zultar chooses to reinstate him, krellin will come back. But this is between krellin and zultar.

Just so you know how meaningless this thread is.

Shame he got banned, but honestly nothing can be done now. He can always appeal the decision.

The point of the thread is simply to express displeasure with the decision. If you think that it is unjust then you should join the petition. If not, then don't.

It kinda makes his complaint seem valid. Who was he complaining about? Was it trolling? Why is there no transparency other than owner makes tough call
