Part 1
1901 Spring: Failure to move A(Smy) is a huge mistake. It adds no strategic value to you. Generally speaking, you want all your units to be doing something, especially on the first year.
1901 Autumn: Again, failure to move A(Smy) is a huge mistake. Even moving it to Armenia would have given you a strategic advantage to pressure Russia with. Occupying Black Sea was lucky. I dislike the army build though. Its highly unlikely Russia would have supported Austria into Bulgaria seeing they are at war (note the russian move to Gal). A second fleet would have been better to occupy Aegean and help leverage on Greece/defend against Italy.
1902 Spring: Things are finally moving. No complaints from me about these moves, though if you had done the Armenia move earlier, you could have taken Sevastopol or ensured Austrian occupation of Rumania. Negotiating yourself into Greece was a good move as well, playing on Austria's weakness being at war on two opposite fronts (a very dangerous position in the early game).
1902 Winter: Stab on Austria was weak. A superior move would have been to support yourself into Serbia with Greece and Bulgaria. If you knew Austria would go for Rum, bouncing him serves no purpose except to strengthen one of your enemies (Russia). Builds - Exceptionally horrible choice. Bulgaria and Greece would be better reinforced by a fleet in the Aegean, which sets up for a stab against Italy later on.
