I'm partly through Part One, but should also get back to work. One suggestion might be to include Chapters. Four full slogs of 45 mins is more than I can digest at a time. Many of the comments, I already know, but I'm not sure I can find the time to watch through all four parts to find the stuff I like to hear best.

So maybe chapters could work. If I would have a Chapter: "How Russia can wrestle the Black Sea from Turkey" or "How to Survive a Sea Lion", then it might be much more on point, and people could watch with a more specific goal in mind.

"How to Survive a Sea Lion" - sea lion attacks are quite rare although a 13 year-old girl was badly mauled in 2007 in Western Australia. As sea lion can grow to be 2000ibs taking them on in a battle of strength is not recommended and either out-running them or employing firepower is the best form of defence. You're welcome.

I think we will ultimately have short videos on specific topics as well as longer full analysis games like what Valis posted. The former may be of more use to more advanced players.

There is something to be said for some sort of chapters for larger videos. We'll look into that, too.

I would recommend alternating it. Depending on the time frame you are working on, perhaps a short video (5-10 minutes, 15 at the most) once every 2 weeks, meanwhile you are working on creating a longer video which you would post once you were done editing it.

My goal is to have 1 video a week. If we got more volunteers, we could have even more : )
