Not necessarily the only possible but the most likely (based on VCA). However for some reason I forgot food and flash so the 7 counts are 9 counts and Food and Flash should be 2

Why would flash and foodcoats only have a count of 2? Based on their D1 votes, they could be mafia with anyone. Why do you think there is no chance that Jamie, Vecna, Kitsune, and Bob are mafia?

The working assumption was that either Brain or Bunny was scum.

I did not say I think there is no chance that those 4 are mafia, i do deem it unlikely.

I remember in the reaver game that you wanted to waste a bunch of time (including other players) and create a bunch of noise over the reaver violations. Is this another case of that?

He created a 3-way tie when he voted for Bunnygo, which could have been a smart way to try to generate a lot of movement that would have saved him. The person he did not vote to create that tie was Jamie...
