The setup looks fun. Looney tunes fun.
If it broke because of an unforseen consequence of role/item interactions... is there anything that needs to be adjusted prior to restart?

That said, I'll have to go check out the first pages to look at the setup. Again, this looks like fun.

It broke bc the GM's sent out different VT messages accidentally. The set up itself is fine and will be tweaked to make it even better it sounds like.

We could try and reduce the size of the game if needed, but 21 is ideal. I think we can work with 19 though.

GM NOTE

An entirely new game thread will appear tomorrow. Until then please use this thread if you want to sign up.

We have made a few changes to the setup which I will summarise here:

There will be no Cop. The Cop is replaced in the three investigative options with a SLEUTH.

The Jailer loses their ability to jail people, after having used their kill.

Inventor is 3x use instead of 2x and can therefore distribute one of each item. (Gunsmith and Bombmaker will remain 2x use).

The third party Defender role is replaced with the RIDDLER.

A summary of the two new roles, in capital letters, is as follows, but this may not be the actual PM wording. Bo_Sox is in the process of finalising the PM texts and these will be *carefully* replicated in both PM and Game Thread.

SLEUTH
The Sleuth may, on either Night 1, or Night 2, submit a list of 3 names. If all 3 names are town-aligned players, the Sleuth will get a "Negative" result. If at least one of them is mafia, the Sleuth will get a "Positive" result. If the Sleuth is roleblocked, this does not prevent them submitting their list of suspects; rather, a roleblock delays their results by one night.

RIDDLER
The Riddler is an independently aligned Third Party with the ability to kill people at night by correctly guessing their roles. Each night, the Riddler may submit a list of guesses, attempting to match living players with their role. They may submit as many guesses as they like, but on any night where their list includes even a signle wrong match, the rest have no effect and the Riddler permanently loses their killing ability. The Riddler wins by being last person standing.
