Or asking us to provide a randomizing factor for assigning roles. Or even if there was a problem in earlier rounds where people didn’t confirm and then didn’t show up.

Fair fair, It predates me playing so I don't know but I feel as though its just an acknowledgment of the game final balance/start etc.

Its probably a little arbitrary but why not

Glad you made it. Have fun during quarantine. They just shut all the schools here, so I'll be homeschooling for at least the rest of the month (and I'm guessing most of the rest of the semester). This'll be a real nice escape.
