Welcome to Mafia 50 - Meme Madness

This will be a semi-open, role madness game, with the flavor of memes. All roles will be non-vanilla, with power levels generally being a bit lower than a normal PR. The exact setup is still being finalized, but as it's semi-open, we figured there's no harm in opening signups.

The game will begin on October 28, 2019. The phase shift time will be 6 EST.
