I am reconsidering my vote for the xorxes target, since rdrivera does not even know what his own wincon is yet.

As a final send off for the night, I want to apologize to everyone for being MIA for D1. It was the first day of classes today + I didn't block off enough time to give the game justice.

The GMs cannot confirm or deny whether xorxes submitted a choice in time or not.

However, be aware that for any orders sent in before phase adjudication, the results will be processed as instantaneously as possible, before the start of the next phase.

That should be enough proof. If I had submitted a choice it would have been processed before phase adjudication, not simultaneously with it.

Now we need for EP to confirm that I'm town (or claim that I'm scum?) and we need to hear bb's info.

I am not sure this is proof, since your choice was not listed simultaneously with the phase change. Also, if you submitted your choice in the last minute of the phase, "instantaneously as possible" may be simultaneous with, or after, the phase change.
