We really should have a philosopher around for clarification, but I guess really what this should mean is "person", in some philosophical sense. Any human being (real or fictitious) counts, but we've also had animals (both real and fictitious), along with a fictional robot, I think. The thing is that it needs to be a specific one: for the animals, the goal isn't to guess "racehorse" or "groundhog", it's to guess "Secretariat" or "Punxsutawney Phil".
