Okay, so we know this is a living woman, known for music or acting, who was born in Eurasia, but not in China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, or India. (No question in this post.)

So now I think we know it's a non-British EU born living woman known for music.

Thanks for asking for clarification. If she was born in, say, Hamburg, then I want you to answer based off of the fact that Hamburg is currently in (unified) Germany.

If the person was Angela Merkel, the answer to my question should be "Yes.".

Yes, although in retrospect the UK should have still been yellow because you can be born there without being "British". That said, it has now been eliminated due to being a founding member of the EU.

Is she known for singing?
