I am not sure this is proof, since your choice was not listed simultaneously with the phase change. The GMs cannot confirm or deny whether xorxes submitted a choice in time or not.
However, be aware that for any orders sent in before phase adjudication, the results will be processed as instantaneously as possible, before the start of the next phase.
