Well I do like the nominated 1812 on the basis that a piece of music that requires artillery fire has a lot going for it versus munitions free music. However a song popped up from distant memories, those halcyon days of romantic impetuousness when my Lovely Fire Breathing MemSahib Her Serene Imperiousness Indoors lying on a sofa eating cakes was a younger​ lady ...
The song, by the doggy door dah band, "Death Cab for Cutie"... I should have realised that I'd be paying the fare once ensnared in Love's fatal embrace.
