Player Searching

How can I find a players forum profile? I don't mean clicking on names, I mean a player we know but we don't see their posts.
I'm sorry if it's too obvious and I just looked at the wrong place.

Hit help/donate in the top right, then scroll down and find "find a user", put in the user name and hit search
