05 Apr 12 UTC	Autumn, 1901: So, I just thought I'd send this message to everyone to give those that are new to the game a bit of information on how the game is usually run. Diplomacy is a game based upon negotiation, communication, and cooperation instead of a game focused purely on tactics and strategy. Tactics and Strategy are important, but they are not the central principal of the game. Otherwise the game would be called "War" or "Battle". So, if you want to do well in the game, I suggest speaking to as many people as possible as often as possible. That is the best way to go about things in the game. Finally, we are all putting forth our time to play the game, and it is only respectful to your fellow players both friends and enemies if you play your moves and try and make an attempt to do something in the game. Not moving or not trying ruins the fun for everyone else as the game is either exceedingly easy or exceedingly hard because of actions beyond their control.

Can we just end this game now, and seek to create a new one if new players can be found that are actually going to be able to make the turns? I see no reason for me to continue dedicating time to the game if others aren't as well.
