08 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Gentlemen:

I will be out of town possibly without internet until Sunday afternoon. I am voting for a pause, and if I do not check in before I miss a turn (Saturday at 12:02 it looks like), I would request that you do the same. It's been a great game so far!
09 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Please, Gents, no pause is necessary until just before the clock rolls on Saturday midnight. I'm good to go for Autumn of '03.

In all likelyhood I will find a phone with internet to check in on tomorrow... but if I haven't done so before the NEXT phase is over THEN please pause :) Thanks, you guys are great.

09 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Confirmed folks.... leaving now and will need pause before Saturday midnight. Thanks, be back Sunday!
10 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Thanks Gents, I'm ready to go.
12 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: At what point do we give up on Germany and try to get a mod to unpause?
13 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: I second the moderator action.
13 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Third...
13 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: I'll send an email now.
14 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Email sent. They should force unpause soon I think.
14 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: (fortknox): I went ahead and unpaused. However, the turn may not pass since you've all finalized. Someone may need to unfinalize, then refinalize to get it moving. If not, reply back to me and I'll force that, too.

Let me know if there are any other problems and good luck.
22 Jul 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Gentlemen: I'll be going whitewater rafting and be gone again with no internet access from tomorrow afternoon until Saturday afternoon. I set up to pause, please pause as well if I don't return before the Autumn ends.

Thank you... this is my first game ever and it's been great!
24 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: Back, thank you gents.
28 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: France makes me @#%$&.
28 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: a most unfortunate turn of events, dread sovereign.
28 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Come now, they can't help it. There is good wine to be drank. In fact I believe we'll try some right now.
28 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: hmm, and it says he was here eight hours ago ... the phase is twenty-four.
28 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Not the first turn he's missed... I feel bad but not TOO bad.
28 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Guess my moves didn't save but I am 100% sure I clicked save. This sucks. That might do it for me this game.
31 Jul 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: lol congrats on Munich Frenchy... I messed up there.
01 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: lol I can't believe I got that. I have a feeling you'll be getting that back next year though
01 Aug 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: Yeah I ordered Mun-> Boh instead of -> Bur
02 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1909: Agh, I missed the builds.
02 Aug 11 UTC Spring, 1909: Yeah, that's gonna cost you, my friend.
03 Aug 11 UTC I'm so sorry, my ally. It was time. You were the best a Turkey could hope for.
03 Aug 11 UTC Nonsense, and congratulations! It was an honor being your ally.
03 Aug 11 UTC And it was for me as well. I actually feel GUILTY. Guess there's no room for shame in this game, huh?

rpatton16 You were the best ally a person could want, but England just made it too hard for you to defend by stretching you so thin.

PSM you played a great game. I was afraid you'd hold me somehow and I just couldn't wait for that to happen.

mikey you defended well... when you showed up.

Did you guys (england/france) notice that you had a guaranteed stalemate in fall '06 through spring '08? All you had to do was slide Holland to Ruhr, Ruhr to Burgundy, Burgundy to Gascogne and I was stuck stuck stuck.
03 Aug 11 UTC I had recommended the "Holland to Ruhr, Ruhr to Burgundy, Burgundy to Gascony," to France, but it never happened.

Nevertheless, Good Game.
