At least carthage only got +2 SC -- I have Egypt and Persia with +3SC -- and I pissed you off too. Looks like I'm completely hosed. Oh well... If you are willing to trust again pick which SC you want and I'll take the other. You'll see from my build and moves what I am doing. |

However if any country militarily moves navies or armies towards Persia. the pact of Neutralism, which out of good charity, is broken. If Persia suspects surrounding countries of alliances to attack a lesser or weaker country, the neutral pact is also broken. Other words I wish all commanders well on their expansion on local territories and the establishment of just law. |
