Rome has no chance of surviving this year, so any attacks by me are just to stop the possibility of a solo. My draw vote will be in upon the defeat of Rome, regardless of the status of any front lines with Persia and Egypt

21 Dec 20 UTC	No pre alliance . You failed to gain an alliance or press an attack on Carthage . Greece fell to me and Persia . Persia attacked me . At that time a 3 way draw was my only option so attacking carnage was never on the cards
