Autumn, 1910: Interesting.... I seriously thought that you might be friends with Russia outside of the game. My allegiances are flexible, whereas yours evidently are not. You should take such concerns to a moderator. Perhaps you can get your mum to help you write an email. https://webdiplomacy.net/contactUsDirect.php |
|
Autumn, 1910: BTW, I no longer believe that you are friends with the Russian. Those who resort so quickly to abuse are usually emotionally damaged, and have great difficulty making lasting friendships. I expect you look down a lot, too.
Autumn, 1910: It was the case in Spring 1902 that if Turkey and Russia refused to fight one another, Germany would almost certainly win. It is astonishing that Russia has consistently refused to fight Turkey when their continued allegiance could only ever have brought destruction to Russia and victory to Germany. Turkey's refusal to fight Russia is easier to understand - the player is evidently an idiot. It is Turkey and Russia that have wasted everybodies time, except, perhaps, the German's. As such, France prefers to be crushed by Germany than by a Turko-Russian alliance. Anybody who does not the consenquences of an unopposed Turko-Russian alliance has a lamentable understanding of the game. Russia and Turkey have long been made aware that all three remaining powers understand the consequences of their continued alliance very well, and yet they continue to collaborate. Germany FTW. http://www.diplomacy-archive.com/resources/strategy/articles/juggernaut.htm |

Autumn, 1910: Der Deutschunterricht ist jetzt in allen französischen Schulen obligatorisch, und die offizielle Sprache für die Kommunikation der französischen Regierung ist Deutsch. Es tut mir Leid. Ich konnte nichts tun. :( |
|
Autumn, 1910: how would me and russia fighting make germany lose? it would just make it easier for germany to fight russia
Autumn, 1910: The right time for this conversation was three years ago, when you were telling me that you had a stalemate line and taht you were going to invade Portugal. This was never the right place for this conversation. Next time, take good advice when it's offered. + RTFM |
|
Autumn, 1910: yeah, "advice." Imagine if i had taken your advice to attack russia. then you would attack me from behind, and right now you would be saying i was an idiot.
Autumn, 1910: Fex loves to lose
Autumn, 1910: But I AM saying that you're an idiot.... so what's your point? No, I have waited for Russia to be quickly destroyed, and turned on Germany to prevent the otherwise inevitable German victory. It's far too late for that now. |
|
Autumn, 1910: LOL, that's right, Ruskie, you can talk! Hows your plan working out for you?
Autumn, 1910: 5,070 words/28,142 characters. It's a rough estimate, but that is approximately how much effort I have put into trying to dissuade Russia from a course of action which, as I have consistently maintained, could only possibly lead to Russia's demise, and to France's. I love to lose? And you, sir.... what effort have you made to save yourself? |
|
Autumn, 1910: Since my efforts began, you've lost Trieste, Norway, Sweden, St. Petersburg, Warsaw, and barring some miracle, Moscow. What did I lose, again? I lost patience with you. That's what I lost. |
|
Autumn, 1910: There is one minute to go. Germany's best moves would include something like: The army at Bohemia move to Vienna; The army at Tyrolia support move to Vienna from Bohemia; The fleet at English Channel move to Brest. The army at Moscow hold. 16 centers.... What exactly is it, Norm, that you imagine that France can do for you now? Support Russia's hold at Vienna? Do you think the German hasn't thought of that? What is it that you imagine that Italy can do for you? Other than accusing me of being a racist and a cheat (which is typical of your "diplomacy"), and blaming me for the consequences of your own poor play, what is it that you thought you could achieve here today? |
|
Autumn, 1910: anti turk racist
Autumn, 1910: :p | |
Autumn, 1910: Nous ne sommes pas une «baguette». You really are a Kebab, you know. You're Turkish, and you're dead meat. :) |
|
Autumn, 1910: LOL FRANCE sent me message then blocked me the message literally said i didnt hurt his feelings i highly doubt that |
|
Autumn, 1910: Norm - nobody cares.
Autumn, 1910: you clearly do
Autumn, 1910: im so glad im ded
Spring, 1911: Sorry jstandard. I should have been your ally
Spring, 1911: dont worry russia at this point it doesnt matter how much we smack talk france, game is germany's even if france woke up and stopped bending over for the german
Spring, 1911: Autumn 1903, Austria took Munich. With a little support from other neighbours, this game could have ended differently.
Spring, 1911: Russia even supported Germany back into Mun...
Spring, 1911: Russia also supported Germany into the North Sea. Russia also suppported France into the North-Atlantic. All while driving a juggernaut whose demise was being plotted. :D I was a little disappointed to see Italy taking Trieste at that point. |
|
Spring, 1911: I get it. But Austria lost both Vienna and Budapest to Russia in the same turn. Italy and Austria could have cooperated in defense maybe, but communications were not open enough I guess.
Spring, 1911: I get it. Sometimes, you just have to help the dying to die and get on with the job.
Spring, 1911: That was former Austria. I took over an almost already lost position, got no support whatsoever but managed to get into Mun. Germany had 6 SC’s at the time.
Spring, 1911: That was former Austria. I took over an almost already lost position, got no support whatsoever but managed to get into Mun. Germany had 6 SC’s at the time.
Spring, 1911: Didn't even realize that you weren't the same Austria. You should have written some messages to us.
True, dat. Autumn 1902 - Italy takes Trieste. France offers to hand Venice to Austria. Austria doesn't reply. France builds a fleet in Marseilles, and allies with Italy. Them's the breaks. |
|
and then france died to germany because he was gullible
Yes, Norm, we get it, you're very upset because what I said would happen, and I didn't lose to you instead. Be quiet now, the grown-ups are talking. |
|
it is very funny, the french tells me he doesnt care what i say but responds to what i say in 3 paragraphs at a time.
Too much homework? Get your mum to help you.
You lose too, Fex | |
Oh, noes! | |
this france guy everytime he read our message he cries and has mental breakdown, then spends 15 minutes thinking of something that makes us think he is cool
It's ok! I've spoken with the Kaiser, and I have been allowed to leave France with my family and most of my wealth, and have retired to an undisclosed location in South America. I think I've done alright, given that I stole the election in the first place. You and your cohort will be executed without trial, and all your Dipcoin goes to the Reich Treasury. CYA |
|
I'm pleased you think I'm cool, Norm. I still think you're an idiot.
when you say you got into Munich it was more ur only chance at extending your nations existance
Germany, you have played cool, but someone else could have seen that opportunity to stop you and supported me.
That someone else would have been France or Russia. Austria evidently communicated with neither power on that subject. France would probably have been reluctant to provoke Germany at that time (there was a juggernaut on the move), whereas Russia was, not unreasonably, intent on destroying Austria; but it's always worth trying to negotiate a better position, at least until you have established that a player will not listen to reason. It's all about the dips. |
|
Yeah, Austria. I agree on France here. You should have talked and negociated if you wanted support.
And Fex, I hope you are in Argentina, we can grab a beer and I'll explain you why is that you are losing too :D
I think we both know why that is, thanks.
gg germany | |
Ok this is the first game I've won online
Congratulations. You won a couple of games against the bots, though. They annihilated me.... |
|
Congrats Germany! |
