12 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Quebec]:SCs required for solo win: 44
12 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Ghana]:woah that's a lot

15 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2005: [Ghana]:only 10 people left!
15 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2005: [Ghana]:GO GHANA!!!
23 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Ghana]:anyone up for a 5 or 6 way tie?
24 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2007: [Ghana]:quebec has 9 fleets vs. my 6 fleets. anyone wanna help me?
24 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2007: [Brazil]:I'm willing, I suppose, to shoot for the tie.
25 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2007: [Near-East]:i could go for that
25 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2007: [Near-East]:i could go for that
25 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2007: [South-Africa]:me too
25 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Quebec]:I'd rather we play on...but if the majority of players asks for a draw, I'll agree.
26 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Ghana]:well now its down to 7 major countries.
26 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Ghana]:hey guys, could i ask for a pause? i'll be gone from august 1st to the 7th
i'd really appreciate a pause
27 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [South-Africa]:np 4me
27 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Pacific-Russia]:Pacific Russia , in the interests of fair play, would support a pause.
27 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Quebec]:Same here.
27 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Brazil]:I'll go with the majority.
27 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Brazil]:I'll go with the majority.
28 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2008: [Ghana]:china? neareast?
28 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 2008: [Ghana]:can we please pause guys?
01 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2009: [Ghana]:china i really need this pause!
01 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:pleaseee pause! i'll be gone for a week!
02 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Brazil]:So... my assumption is that we aren't pausing?

I'm fine with whatever, although obviously I gave the vote, but I'm just curious if China has any particular reason?

Otherwise... I suppose all we can really do is say good game, Ghana. If the game is continuing, I'm not going to put myself at a strategic disadvantage by refusing to move.
07 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Ghana]:im back guys
=[ that was really unfair china
08 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Brazil]:I agree that it wasn't all that sportsmanly, especially given China's lack of communication, but I think the other side of the story is perfectly understandable as well- if you sign up for a game, you should either make well on the commitment or accept the consequences. In theory, that's the rational argument for the other side.

Frankly, I don't even see a problem with pausing as long as it's a collective decision, but clearly China has a slightly different perspective. I would posit that since China isn't actually fighting you at the moment (and either vanished entirely or has no intention to do so for some time to come, given the relative inactivity on that front during your absence) it wasn't intended as a move to cripple you. But then again who knows. I'm just bored and blowing hot air.
08 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Pacific-Russia]:The humbled peaceloving pacific Russian state, united forever under disparate names, wishes to engage in peace overtures with it's glorious neighbours. The fate of largely innocent and mostly harmless indigoneous people must be discussed.
17 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2013: [Ghana]:any one up for a draw?
17 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 2013: [South-Africa]:ping
26 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Ghana]:6 way draw anyone?
26 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Quebec]:I'm up for a draw.
26 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Pacific-Russia]:The humble Pacific Russian nation is also 'up for a draw'
26 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [Brazil]:It is dragging quite a bit. If Quebec is up for it at this point, I'm willing to agree.
26 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 2015: [South-Africa]:Starting tomorrow afternoon I wont to be there for two days. I will take over SA but then again, and finish the game.
27 Aug 10 UTC [Ghana]:good game everyone!
