12 Aug 20 UTC Can't believe I survived there.
12 Aug 20 UTC Well, draw one turn too soon
12 Aug 20 UTC Who was the final draw vote?
12 Aug 20 UTC Good game
12 Aug 20 UTC Me
12 Aug 20 UTC Russia, probably?
12 Aug 20 UTC Good game.
12 Aug 20 UTC I assume Russia
12 Aug 20 UTC I'm just happy I didn't get whittled.
12 Aug 20 UTC GG. Thank you Russia for the alliance. I'm sorry I had to break ti but you would have soloed otherwise
12 Aug 20 UTC *it
12 Aug 20 UTC I heavily considered bouncing you in the Western Med, glad it didn't matter.
12 Aug 20 UTC Yeah you really snuck in there Austria :P
12 Aug 20 UTC I admire Austria's tenacity.
12 Aug 20 UTC The alliance took us far—gg Germany
12 Aug 20 UTC Tbh if Italy doesn't pull as many as many shenanigans as they did I probably die a lot more peacefully haha
12 Aug 20 UTC GG all. Glad we could set aside our fighting at the end Germany--I thought I wasn't going to make it in the midgame
12 Aug 20 UTC I didn't get why France and England didn't cooperate early game against me. That was one of the very lucky 50-50s I was getting against England also. Very happy with my early game play. I became lazy against Frnace though. That France attack on Burgundy when I though we had peace made we almost wanna throw the game. Anyway, this game started at 6AM for me and I've now got a mountain of chores to do Thank you all, was an exciting game. - German AAR
12 Aug 20 UTC Incredibly good E/R against me in the north, wp all
12 Aug 20 UTC Ah sorry about that Germany. Although your moves were pretty defensive around then, you were pretty defensive in Belgium/Burgundy throughout the game, so I didn't really get the message until you pulled everything away in S15, the same move to Burgundy that I think you're talking about
12 Aug 20 UTC I tried to look for you supporting one of my units, but I didn't see any; maybe I missed one
12 Aug 20 UTC Yeah, exactly that. I also understood what had happened, but I had to pull back the fleets for an extra turn just in case. That gave Russia enough time to secure Sweden and Norway.
12 Aug 20 UTC Glad it worked out in the end. Also, won against NEFS in an NEFS Gunboat. So all good
12 Aug 20 UTC Sorry for the back and forth there between us austria! We just never seemed to be on the same page at the same time haha.
12 Aug 20 UTC Indeed Italy. Unfortunate. I am curious why in Autumn 08 you chose to take Greece. I feel like that's when everything really unraveled haha
12 Aug 20 UTC I felt that I needed the build more than you did so I could make progress against Russia. I wanted to convoy an army from apulia to Smyrna to start taking Ankara but then I realized you had taken it as a declaration of war and it was too late.
12 Aug 20 UTC Fair. I saw the support order to Tuscany so I there was goodwill and then saw the Greece capture and was confused. I eventually realized it after the Spring moves but then we both ended responding poorly to each other. Surprised you never ordered:

Smy-Con
AEG C Con -Smy
12 Aug 20 UTC I did one turn but since Ankara was moving to Constantinople it would have caused it to fail most turns. I was always expecting ank-con so that’s why I didn’t try it earlier.
