18 Sep 20 UTC GG. I'm completely mad at the way I played. Makes me question my intelligence.
Well done Greece, you saved the game.
18 Sep 20 UTC Oh! GG everyone. I thought you were going to take it out Carthage? You would've got Macedonia off me now (unless Greece put a support hold on me).
18 Sep 20 UTC I would've taken Cyrene I suppose, but after Macedonia I think you would've had good inroads against me up top. Maybe? I dunno.
But either way, GG all.
18 Sep 20 UTC I needed the Ven army unit to move to Dalmatia for that support hold to break and it would have been a guaranteed win. Just needed to do Adr to Ravenna (which was my earlier order).
Plus Gulf of Tacape should have convoyed Thapsus rather than the move it did. Or alternatively I should have done Ausonian to Libyan with support from Tacape and Cyrene should have just support hold on Marmarica
18 Sep 20 UTC Although that last one isn't a completely incorrect move, the other two were. Man, thought this would be my first victory. GG to you two Egypt. You did really well with your approach
18 Sep 20 UTC *you too
18 Sep 20 UTC Also, Egypt/Persia if you have any mistakes you want to point out in my game, please feel free to do so. I got tilted as the game progressed and I felt it affected my play.

Egypt, me moving to Leptis early in the game was for bouncing purposes in case you where going to move into unguarded Numidia, didn't expect you to move to Cyrene. Was at that point that thoughts of soloing started
18 Sep 20 UTC Finally, that Sarmatia, Vind, Dal area is too defensible. A bit salty, but honestly I felt that I couldn't do anything about it for so long
18 Sep 20 UTC Nah honestly I thought you played very well and I felt pretty on the ropes towards the end.
18 Sep 20 UTC I can see where you made a couple of errors (from what you've said), but I thought pushing into the Aegean was a masterstroke.
18 Sep 20 UTC I am surprised this didn't end up as a solo. At least my position in the north was not defensible after the army arrived in Epirus. The movements may have taken a few turns to work out, but there was no stalemate line anymore.

I was actually quite frustrated with Egypt and was ready to give the game to Carthage if he/she made any further move against me. I had a defensible stalemate line earlier on, which Egypt destroyed to take a few SCs, in the process giving Athens and Sparta to Carthage. This made me think Egypt wanted to go for a solo or a two way draw, and I was prepared to frustrate this by throwing the game to Carthage.
19 Sep 20 UTC Yeah fair call. At that stage I thought Carthage and I had a good shot at a 2 way draw and right after I moved on you Carthage took Leptis (although that was meant to be a bounce). But you're right, I came for you too aggressively and tried pulling away from your SCs over East, but perhaps too late for you to want to help me out.
