Game drawn
21 Aug 20 UTC Spring, 1905: In the interest of speeding things along - my retreat order is readied.
26 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 1906: Good game, England. Valiant effort at the end there.
26 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 1906: Not much you can do against a committed 3v1. I told France back in 1901 that he was being an unwitting pawn for Russia/Germany and that he was going to lose . . . and I was right, and now we're both dead.
28 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 1907: Sorry guys forgot to put all my moves in!
29 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 1907: Good game, Turkey.
29 Aug 20 UTC Autumn, 1907: Good game :(
01 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1908: Good game, France.
01 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1908: Good game all!
02 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: The game always gets so silent as it moves into the endgame.
02 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Italy solo is about the best outcome I could have hoped for after 1902 or so.
02 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Well you know... theres not much to negotiate
02 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Thank you for the support, England!
03 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Its going to be really squeaky to see if I can get this done. You're doing well!
03 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: I think we should draw and call it a day my friend
03 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: No shame in that!
03 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Lets give it another year.
03 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Finalize your retreat and we can see what happens in 1910.
03 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: To the front once more friends!
03 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: German solo time :)
04 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: I appreciate that you both want to draw, but I think that as long as I have units still free from commitment and moving to the front that I have a reasonable chance of a solo. Trust me, I am a realist, and if it becomes apparent that a solo is impossible I will cast my Draw vote.
04 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: Im curious, what good do you think the units will do?
04 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: In MAO, we can defend with 4 units, and the maximum number of units you can use to attack is 4, barring some lucky maneuvering into GAS
04 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: In the east, you can attack sevastopol with a maximum of three units, and I have three positioned to defend
04 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: Nice try, but I think I'll keep my tactics to myself. You've made some errors in the last few turns and I might be able to capitalize.
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: I was not intelligence gathering. I resent that :)
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: Italy, you’re going to regret not voting draw when I solo
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: There is that risk.
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: C’mon guys, enter your orders! If this is a stalemate as you suggest, the orders pretty much write themselves. We’re only a few turns from the end, whatever the end is, and the quicker we enter orders the quicker we can move on to the next game.
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: My orders are in!
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: And ready
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: Good! Germany??? Working out the move that will boost you to your solo?
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: German solo truly possible (and inevitable)
05 Sep 20 UTC Autumn, 1910: Yes sorry
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1911: If I haven't won by the end of 1912, I will draw. The sooner we can ready up orders, the sooner we can get there.
05 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1911: for sure
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1911: Russia: Not sure what's taking Germany so long on these orders, but I want to assure you that if Germany does in fact go into CD, I will assume he has ordered the same Hold and Support orders as he did in the past turn, and make my orders accordingly. I will not take advantage of Hold orders that come solely through CD. I want to see this game through to its fair conclusion.
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1911: Very well, that would indeed be a shame if he were to miss a turn and have your victory be assured in that way
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1911: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1911: I've repeated the same orders as I had before Germany departed. If you want to re-confirm your orders, hopefully we can finish this game fairly expeditiously.
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1911: Welcome New Germany. Thank you for taking over. We are near the end game, be that a Draw or a Win. I have committed to Drawing if I cannot win by the end of 1912. The sooner we can all finalize our orders the sooner we can get there.
06 Sep 20 UTC Spring, 1911: Hi! I have some small talk with Russia, but will ready my orders as soon as possible.
08 Sep 20 UTC Ready to draw now. I needed to get forces in position to take both Gal and Arm simultaneously before you two clued into the importance of Warsaw, and you won that race. Congratulations!

This was one of the most fun games I've had. Russia, I did my best to time the stab to get the solo, but couldn't quite get there in the end. New Germany, you seem to have added some tactical nous to the alliance. France, what could have been? Your ill-timed dash into Por against our agreement sealed your fate; if not that, it likely would have been you here at the end instead of Germany. England and Turkey, nice playing with you. Austria, man, if things don't go your way early on, remember its a game and don't kick the pram over kicking and screaming.

See you in the next war!
08 Sep 20 UTC Thanks Italy!

Looking back at the moves and press it seems i missed most of a fun game. Until next time!
08 Sep 20 UTC This was a game where I, a relatively new player, felt I really "got" diplomacy. Your stab was a little too weak, maybe one more army in reserve would have done it. In any case, learnt a lot, good alliance while it lasted italy. My alliance with the original german player was also quite good. All in all an excellent game. Thank you all
09 Sep 20 UTC Lol Italy. Nice job characterizing my reaction as kicking the pram over kicking and screaming.

Is one *mild* curse word in *one* message indicative of that?

You seem to have some sort of superiority complex narrating and trying to control what's happening in this game. You seem to like putting words in people's mouths.

Get off your high horse - you're just some random dude on the Internet just like everyone else. You're not special. No one cares about you.
09 Sep 20 UTC I have no clue what happend early on, but that messages gives Italy credibility.
09 Sep 20 UTC Italy quit too early imo
09 Sep 20 UTC Where was the weakness in the line?

With silesia and warsaw galicia is solid. And with moscow and ukraine sev wont fall (and Armenia being annoying). Munich and bohemia holding each other. Gas and burg, and 3 supports on mao.

It would only fall to misorders.
09 Sep 20 UTC Didn't see new build in warsaw, galicia could've been broken a few turns ago before the center trade though

Although both MAO and Galicia were still open last turn b/c of misorders in Silesia/NAO/Irish/Munich
09 Sep 20 UTC Galicia could have been taken earlier, but not held. And I had to have both Gal and Arm at the same time in order to attack Sev. I just couldn’t manage to get both done at the same time. I did my best. Maybe it wasn’t good enough for some.
