22 Aug 20 UTC Well done to keep me out of Spain everyone. Thanks for the game!
23 Aug 20 UTC GGs! Gotta give thanks to Austria for letting me make the draw, and for attacking Italy in 1904, which is the only reason I made it that far anyway.

Random musings:
England, did you give any thought to stabbing Germany in 1904? NWY could have moved to SKA in the spring, guaranteeing you would get SWE. But it also probably means I wouldn't have been reduced to 1 center, which is an unknown factor?

Italy, pretty good offense into the mid-game, but why go after Austria? No reason to piss off Austria, who was plenty busy with Turkey. That's probably what got you murked in A04. And then we could have mutually supported each other in POR and SPA, and maybe both made the draw, but attacking me in S09, in my opinion, made you look pretty unreliable :/

Austria, was that fleet walking around Italy so it could end up in GoL (if Turkey moved) to backfill SPA if Germany supported you into POR, to thin me from the draw? Or was it just having a nice vacation ;)
23 Aug 20 UTC Good game, all! And, yeah, I pretty much always think an early Austria-Italy war in gunboat is terrible for both as long as Austria is half-competent (which I like to think I am).
And about that fleet, France: I couldn't quite tell if Germany was going to refuse to draw until we wiped you out. So, it was headed over just in case that was needed. But I'm happy you made it to the end!
23 Aug 20 UTC I thought about waiting until France was out but you guys seemed pretty tight and I knew what you were doing. I was in a similar position in a bot game but it was quite amazing. The Austrian bot was down to one unit and no home centres and he came back to replace Turkey and Italy and they al, still coordinated to hold a stalemate line.
