12 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Hi, all. :)
Have a nice and worthy game. :)
12 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Best of luck, all!
12 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Looking forward to a good game!
12 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Wish you all good fortune in the wars to come!
12 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Good live!
12 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Luck* haha
12 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1901: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
13 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1901: Oof. I missed it starting.
15 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1902: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: You will note in the North currently that Russia made some unique moves last turn. He was upset with how Sweden went, and has since confirmed to me that he intends to play spoiler by committing to the north and leaving the south for Austria to take. Austria is already on 8 centers; with Russia leaving him the south, and Turkey's precarious situation, we have a very real chance of being up against a 13 center Austria by the end of next turn, with a Russia who is playing Kingmaker. I will request, as a player who would prefer to not see the game spoiled like this, that we have a cease of hostilities between Italy and Turkey, and Germany and I will unite with both of you to stop the onrushing Austrian force and complacent Russian. We have no choice but to do this immediately, or else this will be an Austrian Solo. If I did not believe we had a chance, there would be no point in sending this message, but we may be able to hold the game together. Respond here publicly, and we will discuss our strategy in private, if necessary. Best of luck to us all.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: If Russia and Austria wish to respond and dissuade us of this belief, feel free. But I can provide messages if needed.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: This souns very desperate... what a pity... for a few points.
OK let's have fun then. :)
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: How is it desperate? I'm trying to work with people to preserve the game from the influence of someone who is kingmaking.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: You just take now your own pill - only tou. Other players don't have anything associated with your ambitions to dispose who what, how and with who to do. :)
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Everyone can play as he likes, isn't?
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Who are you to dispose around?
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Just hungry for few points...
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: It's not a problem for me, Austria to do solo, or Italy to do so, or even Germany... why not - that's the game, isn't it? I worked well with Austria till now, so if I'm going to disapear from the map, I'd like to help them not to you, isn't it normal?
Went out here on Global to whine as a little kid, but in private is a great commander...
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: As I told you: "Sya she vidish kon bob yade li".
Think that everyone here will be disgusted by your whining and will use your weakness of trembling for points to make you disapear, together with me. :)
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: In fact, except to Austria I can help to Germany too... If needed, Germany, write here in Global, as England suggested. :)
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: I respect your ability to play as you like; it's not like you're playing the game incorrectly. If you want to try to help an ally with your dying breath, be my guest. I wont like it, but you can do that. However, I am calling on everyone who would be willing to help to try to prevent that, to keep the game going, since it is, at the very least, frustrating to lose a game that has so far gone quite well, to someone who is playing Kingmaker. And if the other players disagree, then Austria has done what is necessary to win, and good for them. But I suspect many will agree to try to prevent that from happening. To have someone solo against you is, generally, a sign that everyone left has failed to stop them. I'm just calling the potential of that to happen to the forefront, so everyone can decide what to do from here going forward.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Nothing is decided finally... :)
May be Germany will take the chance to take Nor, StP, Warsaw and Moscow in 2 rounds and to try for deep-brown-solo. I'm open to any suggestions to stop your grumbling here. :)
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: You wanted publicity - here you are. Lets make all on public. :)
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: And there is the chance that they will. But you've committed (per your messages to me) that you intend to help Austria by giving up your own centers and fighting Germany and I to the bitter end. So its Austria I'm concerned about, not Germany. But the same thing goes; if Germany went for the solo here and managed it, it would be good play to them! The difference, currently, it that they dont have another player willing to sacrifice themselves to help a solo.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: It was - before starting to whine :)
Now I'm opened to any suggestions for stop your agony here.
Tell you once again - you are noone, to dispose people how to play where to move and who to help.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Russia, the purpose of this game is to get people to move what and where you want! It's literally the name of the game, Diplomacy. I'm not ordering anyone to do anything, and if I was, nobody would listen. I am asking people to do something that will benefit them, and me, and most people on the board. I'm personally frustrated by kingmaking, but you are not forbidden to do it by anything. I think in most games, though, it is generally not well liked. Thus my actions here.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: And I'm sure, that you were talking to Germany and Italy in the same impudent way, you tried to speak with me. So they know what I have in mind. But... as you see I'm not the typical player, hungry for few points and you caused yourself this situation on your own. In the moment you are just sinking deeply.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Ok. You can think that. Everyone else can think what they will too. But unless its relevant to gameplay or moves, I think we should move away from discussing this here; I certainly intend to. You can keep saying I am whining if you wish. But I feel I have made my point clearly. Everyone else on the board can decide what to do now with PMs, I believe.
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: "I am asking people to do something that will benefit them, and me"...Bulshit :)))
Think that all players are idiots? You said it - it's Diplomacy - everyone, who plays it knows that the only someone ask fron you is to help him to win, and when you don't need him, you'll betray. :)
17 Jul 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: And - yes, I'm waiting Germany to tell me if he needs my support against England, except that I'll support Austria too. So - balance will be kept. Italy Austria and Germany can play for Draw. :)
21 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1906: Alight. I’m putting it forward: I’m exhausted and want to propose a draw. This game has been fun, I enjoyed each of you in this game, but it’s honestly throwing off my sleep schedule. I *can* continue, I can hold on as long as possible and extend this a few more years. But frankly, I don’t want to. I want to call this where it is.

I know England wants Russia gone. I can’t, in good conscience, let that happen any time soon—both because it strategical is a bad move and because it feels rather cruel at this point. Perhaps that will mean that this proposal won’t go forward, but nonetheless here it is.

I am going to vote draw this turn. I hope you all will consider it. Thank you all for a great game nonetheless.
21 Jul 20 UTC Spring, 1906: I'm ok to try if everyone want that
22 Jul 20 UTC Ggwp all. Sorry about burnout for those who it was affecting; best of luck in future games!
22 Jul 20 UTC Good game everyone. Black Sea was going to kamikaze into Sev to help Livonia into Moscow... Austria's days were numbered.
