25 Jun 20 UTC Good game, thanks for playing. Wanted to give it one more year to see if Austria had appetite to reduce the draw, but apparently not :) I’m bummed not to have won the game after a missed opportunity to take Warsaw (and once, later, Moscow). When my rogue army in Galicia was destroyed (I did the analysis, but thought there would always be one spot to retreat), I saw the writing on the wall. And Austria, you outguessed, but more often, outplayed me, well done! And kudos to Italy for making yourself indispensable for the stalemate, and Turkey for hanging in there.
25 Jun 20 UTC Good game all! I thought about trying to eliminate Italy, but it was tough in this position; I didn't see a way to do it in fewer than three moves, which might've been enough time for them to throw to Germany if they were so inclined.

@Germany, you certainly had a great shot and played it well, I really thought you were going to pull it off for a while! Even though I viewed you as a solo threat for a long time, I bought your feint towards Russia, and the move to Gal caught me totally off guard. Even after popping Gal, I thought you would eventually gain the upper hand by getting to StP, but I saw the weakness in your A10 move of Mun S Ber to Sil and jumped on it. The hole in Tus also had me worried for a while, that wasn't locked down until the very end.

@Italy, it seems we had a miscommunication in 05, which cost both of us in the end. Did you think my covering Tri signaled a coming stab? Or were you trying to stab me but realized it failed?

@Turkey, I realized I couldn't fight everyone at once and tried to back off you in 06, but your set up to move to BLA was basically giving me a big finger, was that what you intended? Although it did get you in the draw :P

@Russia, I thought you were trying to ally me until you supported Turkey in A02, was I always wrong about that? Maybe you wanted me to move out of Gal?
25 Jun 20 UTC Good game, I thought I was a goner for sure but grateful to still be breathing at the end.

The timing of my move to black sea was more to do with the Italians withdrawing from the East Med than giving Austria the finger lol. I thought it would improve my position as any attack would need to cover all the surrounding countries and so tie up a disproportionate number of units.
25 Jun 20 UTC @Austria The move to Albania was a bit of both since France had moved to Piedmont and you had moved to Trieste, I wasn't sure if an attack was coming so I but myself in a potential position to gain one of your centres in case I was attacked. The french advance meant I had to retreat back though. Good game everyone!
