If we all press "ready" does this happen sooner?
16 Jun 20 UTC Autumn, 1903: Germany is now in civil disorder. If we do not find a replacement before the deadline expires the Germany units will just hold indefinitely until someone takes over (which might be never). Usually, the turn is processed immediately if everybody has readied their orders, but I'm not sure if that is the case with a country in CD.
