A 2 way draw is impracticable so all I care about is preventing a solo. As a sign of non-aggression I am deferring my build this year since I have no need at the moment for a troop unless it is to defend. | |

If you keep expanding up to 14 without discussing I will launch a limited attack to make sure you can't reach 18. I will defer my build, but I request that I move Baltic to Denmark. It is less threatening, and evens up the supplies. | |
| I agree with England here, but don't want to raise tensions unnecessarily. We discussed before that no single power should exceed 13 centers. So I would support an arrangement where Germany cedes either Rumania or Denmark. | |

| Germany, I didn't say I've received no useful communication from you, I said I'd received no press at all from you. I asked "can you support me into Rumania", you ignored me, and supported yourself into Rumania. I asked "Can we talk about how we ensure no one gets too close to a solo", you ignored me and supported yourself into Denmark. I said "I haven't heard from you, so I'm moving my fleets to a more defensive position", you ignored me, and then accused me making threatening fleet movements. In case you haven't noticed, I've had vote draw set for a while now. I'm quite happy with a 4 way draw. I also want a response from you please on my proposal to move Baltic to Denmark. If you're serious about wanting a three-way draw, and about being secure, you should be totally happy with that move. |

| Because if you grow to 16, there are too many ways for you to make an unexpected attack and get to 18. If you grow to 15, there are only a few, and we can protect against them. Being reasonably balanced is in your interest too - by cutting me off from Rumania, you've basically left me with nothing to do except watch you grow and worry if you're going to try for solo. I'm not going to attack you so long as I trust you. |
