UNUSUAL MAGNETIC PHENOMENON IN SWITZERLAND!
During an unusual experiment conducted by the University of Geneva, highly magnetic fields were created that could be felt into neighboring nations. The force must have been so large, that metallic objects (tanks, ships, weapons, helmets etc) were pushed away from the Alpine nation. German, French, Austrian, and Italian troops were pushed away from the little neutral nation in the center of Europe. A swis scientist could not be found for a comment on this matter. As of now, the whole Alpine region is devoid of such metallic military equipment.

15 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: We should draw now
17 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Everyone. I am now going to give Italy a solo. It is England's fault. He is an idiot. I warned him, but he decided to be a tw@. So you all lose. Except Italy, who wins.
17 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Wow. That is surprising.
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Insulting people in an online game, because oneself is not winning, is a very respectable move
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: I told you, it's your fault, not mine.
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: What's the big deal Austria? You were prepared to bet 0 diplomacy bucks to take over a nation that was apparently winning, and then giving up once it starts to get a little more difficult for you.
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: It's not difficult. It's stupid.
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: "it's your fault, not mine"
words of someone truly inspiring!
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: I spent the entire game as far as I have been in it building a stalemate line against the only player who can solo, and you and England atrack me. So now you are going to lose. Simples. ;)
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Attack you, as in trying to gain back my original supply centres! Granted, you may not be the same player who decided to go against me in the first place.
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: England is to blame. You are just helping him be a fool.
18 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Realistically, we could have killed you and still drawn the game. But I do not fit that category I am afraid.
19 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Alright. Russia here. 2 Points. I bet 0 Points to get in this game. Now I am set to get 2 Points. 2 Points is a lot better than nothing. I don't see why this needs to go much further. I want my 2 Points, preferable more than 2 Points, but not zero points. And Austria, I have not attacked you as I could have for the past 4 Years.
19 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: quarantine effects are becoming highly noticeably among the population, aren´t they?
;-)
19 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: Yes, France is quarantined into Gascony and its army is forced to stay home.
19 Mar 20 UTC Autumn, 1909: At least the French resistance got toilet paper and wine
05 Apr 20 UTC Autumn, 1912: Are you related?
06 Apr 20 UTC Draw vote is in.

I'm sorry it came to this kind of end. I try to look for a solo victory wherever I can take it and would have done so had the New Austrian player not been...well...

I can appreciate a good throw for some tactical reason, like to keep a player from eliminating you or some such. However to use it in a child's tantrum as a bludgeoned against another player?

That stole all the fun from the game from me.

Thank you Russia for stepping in. Good game England & good game Germany. I would have turned on you had circumstances been different, but sadly this game stopped being game a little while back.
07 Apr 20 UTC Big thanks to Germany for supporting me so much. Without your support, France would have had me. Had the game lasted, I would have given the German provinces back.

I, too, vote for "Draw".

I hope to play with you again, even if I'll never know, since you are anonymous.
08 Apr 20 UTC Hm.
I guess I double clicked on the draw vote or my multi-tabs caused some confusion for poor old webDiplomacy.

Draw is now in
08 Apr 20 UTC I was afraid you changed your mind :D
08 Apr 20 UTC Thanks for the game everyone!
09 Apr 20 UTC Good game. Thank you Italy.
