Spring, 1908: It was me :(
Autumn, 1908: Lol ffs Italy
Autumn, 1908: Good game everyone! Best of luck for the tournament
Autumn, 1908: You too. Me and Italy won't be able to kill you next time :)
Autumn, 1911: The board is pretty clear but the ending is not. This is a game of a Solo victory. Will it be Italy or will it be Russia? Personally I’d rather we all draw so no one gets the solo and I’m willing to get that who ever gets stabbed from Italy or Russia will feel the same. So I vow to help whoever gets stabbed in order to halt a solo victory. This way we all end this game in the same boat. I’m calling on England and France to offer the same deal. A draw for all is better than a solo for one |
|
Autumn, 1911: I'd be happy to draw if the game ends up going that direction. But I'd be happy to give a fighting chance to both of us to get a solo. If you never take risks, the only way to do well in this tournament is if somebody else throws you the game. To be honest, I don't think me or Italy will be able to solo from here, at least not without great difficulty. But with one solo in the tournament already, we have to at least try. |
|
Autumn, 1911: So you are going to try to solo?
Autumn, 1911: Does Italy know that?
Autumn, 1911: Of course Italy knows, this is the global chat.
Autumn, 1911: The whole point of the tournament is to solo. We all know that.
Autumn, 1911: I wonder when the stab will happen
Autumn, 1911: *gets popcorn*
Autumn, 1912: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
Autumn, 1912: *facepalm* Who now?
Autumn, 1912: Tournament Director: (goldfinger0303): I've noted this and am going to pre-emptively pause this. Player has been gone a while and hasn't answered my PM's in a day, so they may have lost access to the site.
Autumn, 1912: Tournament Director: (goldfinger0303): Okay, should be all set now. I've talked to the player and they should be back available :)
Autumn, 1912: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
Autumn, 1912: Tournament Director: (goldfinger0303): (-_-) Apparently I need to speak with them again |
|
Spring, 1913: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
Spring, 1913: Umm, Italy? Hello?
Spring, 1913: the moves were entered.....
Spring, 1913: Okay Italy, screw you. The rest of the game will just be you attempting to slog through me, getting stopped, and being forced to draw. I hope you're happy with the result.
Spring, 1913: Well done Italy. Good job
Spring, 1913: Good? He still needs another 7 centers and I have no clue where he plans to get them from (that's a lie, he plans to get them from me), but I have no idea HOW he plans to get all of them unless everyone else on the board hates me so much they'd rather screw over their chances at doing well in the tournament than let me live.
Spring, 1913: Wait no, he needs 8 centers. Seriously?
Spring, 1913: Italy has attacked first. As per my message before I will work with Russia to make sure he cant solo. I ask that all other players join me
Spring, 1913: Russia, you haven't been doing shit to help me. I am the reason you've regained your north and broke into Germany. I have no intention to solo just to draw the game. Your welcome to hit me up in pms if you'd like me to reconsider but i'm at a deadlock here against france and England.
Spring, 1913: If your intention was to draw the game then why not issue your draw? Every other player has already done so
Spring, 1913: I will in the spring
Spring, 1913: What difference does that make? You are hoping to gain enough of Russia so go for a solo. At least be transparent about what you are doing instead of claiming you want to draw
Spring, 1913: It's time that Russia will be with us against italy...
Spring, 1913: You go cut Russia, Italy. He deserves it
Spring, 1913: I'm not sure why you dislike me so much. Italy killed you too :) Sure I may have stabbed you but that shouldn't have anything to do with it right... ;)
Spring, 1913: I am being transparent. I’m drawing in the spring. I am currently tied in SCs with Russia. I would like to be ahead before I draw
Spring, 1913: It makes no difference. So why even bother? You aren’t fooling anyone
Spring, 1913: Ding, ding, ding we have a winner! Germany’s won biggest idiot for not knowing the rules!
Spring, 1913: To be completely honest, I don't think a board top is worth much. If you shoot for board top in all your games, good luck for the rest of the tournament.
Autumn, 1913: With 5 more rounds to go a board top doesn’t mean shit but suit yourself asshole
Autumn, 1913: From Germany: "i dont think you can read. Id said Id help whoever got stabbed to halt to solo. Are you dumb or just stupid" And Germany calls me the asshole lol |
|
Autumn, 1913: Some points are better than no points
Autumn, 1913: :/ | |
Autumn, 1913: This is getting nasty guys
Autumn, 1913: Of course it is. This is the Masters :) Do you expect us to be nice?
Autumn, 1913: I don't think my message was nasty at all. Honestly, I don't think anyone has said anything nasty. Germany is just a little grouchy.
Autumn, 1913: I’ll own that. I was a tad grouchy
Gg all | |
Thanks to all | |
Wow, you guys were all very good players! (Except Austria the first. Me casually on just over 100 points). I'm glad I managed to hold my own, and actually do very well right until the end there. Now I'm wondering if it wouldn't have been better to withhold my draw vote until I got absolutely whacked in case I managed to make progress. I'm proud of how well I managed to do despite some of the toughest opposition I've ever faced. GG all, this was a great game. |
|
gg all. Russia - you were not going to make progress.
Oh well, I still think I did well for the most part. |
