14 Dec 19 UTC Opfh. Always hurts to be one of three that got cut out...but I played poorly.

Gg all!
14 Dec 19 UTC GG all - sorry germany
14 Dec 19 UTC No problem at all. If it's not an issue, I'd like to ask a couple things:
- Russia, I didn't quite get your initial move (fall 1906) against me, as it left you quite open to Turkey. Was it intentional? I mean, not complaining about getting attacked, but you really opened some territories up.
- Turkey, you were so close to soloing, why did you accept the draw? I see you had an unfavorable position in Italy, which would probably cost an SC or two, but I felt you still had some chance. Obviously not guaranteed, but you'd probably be able to accept a draw in a year or two if the solo was no longer seeming possible...
14 Dec 19 UTC Wondered about the draw too - lol
14 Dec 19 UTC I was certain I'd lose Tunis and/or Rome before I could get Munich. If I'd had another army to hold Rome, I'd have kept playing, but with 5 units not even close to the front line, that was a tactical error I'll try to avoid in the future.

After Munic, *maybe* I slip into Burgandy to grab a few SC from the back of France, but I thought it unlikely. I just had too many armies too far back from the front line to really feel like I had a chance to get to 18. Every turn delay is a stronger resistance along the stalemate line.

Good game all.
15 Dec 19 UTC It would likely have been risky true

Gg
15 Dec 19 UTC Thanks for explaining your reasoning. It makes sense...
