Game drawn
26 Oct 19 UTC Autumn, 1908: Hey france, in the case that the game doesn't draw very soon - I'll clear out and DMZ English Channel of my fleets if you keep clear out and DMZ MAO and Brest of your fleets.
27 Oct 19 UTC Autumn, 1908: England, deal.
27 Oct 19 UTC Autumn, 1908: Besides, could you vote draw? Your vote matters.
28 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Well...this is interesting
28 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Any predictions to share, Germany?
28 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Eh why not - I'm dead xD

Italy and Russia can hunker down into Turkey's old home IF they work together. If they play well they can make it painful for Austria to root them out in the south, plus Italy has more Fleets. I feel like the longer this goes on the closer Italy and Russia get with Italy weakening Austria enough so Russia can push back.

If England is to help finishing off Russia and to swing south they'll need St. Petersburg and Russia needs to make sure England doesn't gain that foothold...oh hey that's me! I wonder if me taking this critical junction that just so happens to run through stalemate lines, in case of a runaway Austria, will be a factor in my survival...might not but it won't hurt!

Also I see a lot depending on which way you swing France.
28 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Thank you, Germany.
28 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Very thoughtful.
28 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: lol - I'm clinging to life and enjoy -trying- to think about these things.

Not always very good at it, but I'm learning ^.^
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: France we ca be friends
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: I have to deal w austria, who if you don't let me deal with will win quite soon
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: I have just as many centers as England you understand that right?
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: France I hope you will fulfill your end of the agreement and move out of MAO and Brest.
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Austria, why don't you vote draw?
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Because Austria wants to decrease the draw size I suspect.
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: And England?:)
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: I mean of course! Why would I vote draw when there's germany still on the table :^)
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Germany is down to 1 piece. I guess we do not need to dmz anything, then.
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: I mean I'd still like the DMZ France.
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: Yeah I'm voting for that draw
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: England, are you in?
29 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1909: England you realize this is Sum-of-Squares Scoring right?
30 Oct 19 UTC Italy, I would take support into Con if you want me out of Smyrna
30 Oct 19 UTC It is pretty clear that Austria has tried to fight all of his neighbors
30 Oct 19 UTC Totally got your back Russia....unless you want English neighbors then I'll totally move out.
30 Oct 19 UTC Can't we just chill out and beat up on England who is the only person to not be voting for a draw.
30 Oct 19 UTC I hope 1 turn would be enough.
30 Oct 19 UTC Or we could throw the game to Italy:)
30 Oct 19 UTC Russia we could kind of destroy austria if we work together in the next couple of turns
30 Oct 19 UTC You think so Italy? I think we can make a few limited gains, I support pressuring England as well
30 Oct 19 UTC If you two insist then I'm more than happy to give the game to England and go out fighting.
30 Oct 19 UTC As such I'll cancel that draw vote
30 Oct 19 UTC D:

Everyone’s greed shall be their downfall.
31 Oct 19 UTC Did you want me to not defend myself against you after you attacked?
31 Oct 19 UTC Or just an excuse to pull your draw vote?
31 Oct 19 UTC GG guys, and Russia it was mainly an attempt to get England to draw, but it looks like he was going to draw once he got another sc.
31 Oct 19 UTC Alright now that this match is over I can ask my question I've had since day 1!

Question for England!
When you told the previous Germany "I'm sorry I didn't see your message in time germany" to his request to a bounce in Denmark was that sincere or did you intentionally let it go through suspecting that Russia would support your Fleet into Denmark if you said as much, and you didn't want to alert the Russian player that you were aware of that tactic?

(Side note clever trick Russia! Could have really hurt!)
31 Oct 19 UTC Thanks! I was pretty disappointed that didn’t end up working
31 Oct 19 UTC Although looking back he may have just wanted to defend Norway from a supported attack
31 Oct 19 UTC Also Russia I only stabbed because I was getting convinced you were going to stab me first, so I thought it was preemptive, apparently I jumped the gun.
31 Oct 19 UTC Gg everyone.
31 Oct 19 UTC Oh! And if Italy takes a look at this...

Italy when you said you were going to bounce Marseilles where you hoping for me to notice, so I would give the support move order and turn your bounce into a full on attack? Since Paris didn't bounce Bur we'd have pushed France out of Marseilles.
31 Oct 19 UTC That was intentional I didn't really want to stab germany.

And France moving into the Channel is what triggered the draw for me. I wanted France to eliminate Italy and Austria to eliminate russia, then get a nice 2 or 3 way draw.
31 Oct 19 UTC Err not intentional that was truthful
31 Oct 19 UTC Yeah that was my initial goal too, I was very upset that France refused to end Italy like 4 turns ago.
31 Oct 19 UTC Though tbh I've never gotten in to a small draw and thought if France would have DMZed I could've done it.
01 Nov 19 UTC Thanks. When I joined the game, France was fighting on 3 fronts. I wanted to play it safe.
01 Nov 19 UTC I mean I thought I was pretty clear. DMZ with me and we can fight for a smaller draw together was what I tried to imply.
01 Nov 19 UTC Yes, you were:)
01 Nov 19 UTC I had more modest goal.
