04 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 1903: :(
05 Jul 19 UTC Autumn, 1903: Haha! Indeed the irony is obvious - nonetheless it will be interesting to see what new Austria does with this awkward position
10 Jul 19 UTC Spring, 1904: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.

13 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1908: Hello. I am New Italy.
14 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1908: You are really new. :)
18 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: From what I can tell, England has a better chance of soloing if they get my SCs than Turkey does.
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: GameMaster: Game was extended due to at least 1 member failing to enter orders and having an excused missed turn available. This has un-readied all orders.
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: You know, Turkey, Italy is very defensible. As long as you don't let the English have the Ionian Sea and don't let them backdoor me through Venice I don't think they could come past me to attack the Balkans/your home Centers.
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: They seem pretty desparate to do so, I mean three fleets past West Med and an army to convoy is a big offensive.
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: You can even have Venice. In fact I encourage you to have it. I couldn't hold it anyway.

I can't be the only one who cares about the possibility of English solo victory, right?
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: I am sure that Germany, another Northern Power, could see why it would be bad for all of us if England to get my SCs. Italy is so easily defended that they could use the builds to strengthen their push for supremacy in the north at which point they will undoubtedly achieve solo victory.
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: You can kill off Russia if you don't like the large draw size, I don't mind.
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: Turkey has gone silent, friendo.
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: All these things are pretty and good. But what is the point?
19 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: They still seem active so with some luck they will read the message before it is too late for all of us. Except, England of course.
20 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: Alright Turkey, throw the game killing me! You ignore the fact England outraces you and that thr stalemate positions are being thrown. In full press no less. GG England
21 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1909: As it turns out, the other northern power *could* see the English threat.
21 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1910: I've been preaching to the choir, but you can't fight both at once as it turns out
21 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1910: Maybe this game will end in a rare 2-way draw. If England were serious about taking my SCs they would moved GoL -> Tuscany or perharps convoyed to Piedmont. As it is now, Turkey has a shot at my SCs but England does not. And my SCs would help them immensely being both way past the stalemate line and defensible.
21 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1910: The best part is if they both have agreed to a two way draw, Turkey is in no position to hold a stalemate line, one that keeps England from getting a solo anyway, against England, so he would be banking on the nice-ness of England.
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: So, having proven I am literally willing to lose both SCs (on a spring turn) I think we can all agree that my threat to throw the game is serious.

Now, is anyone interested as me as a buffer zone between Turkey and England? I still have units with which I could capture something. 2-Way draws rarely work and especially not in a game where there is no clear stalemate line as England is deep in the Med.

I expect not and in that case I have given my only friend Germany the best shot at survival by empowering Turkey.
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: I think you don't have to enpowering Turkey. Probably he will do his part earlier than me.
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: Quite funny that Germany is throwing this much salt my way even though England is the one who stabbed him
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: I stabbed him just because obviously he started to move against norway.
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: So in fact he stabbed me first. :)
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: I stabbed russia. :)
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: (But he stabbed me first, when I was russia, and he was england, but that is an another story. :)
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: Haha! My apologies for the prior encounter England, you and Turkey have played very well:)
23 Aug 19 UTC Autumn, 1910: I moved North as obvious defensive posturing against someone with control of the seas and had multiple builds coming in. A stab was coming, England had 1 route to expand to drive for a solo. It's not salt Turkey, it's insane that you don't see how futile it is attacking me
23 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1911: And what if I did not want to make solo? Then I should have supported Italy to prevent Turkey.
23 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1911: Nobody plays this game not to solo, and anyone who says otherwise is lying.
23 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1911: Then I am a liar. (I don't play always for a solo)

At first I wanted a two way draw with you, but then I saw I can't do it with you. You were not reliable.
23 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1911: I play always as a replacement, so In the most of the time I don't have any chance for the solo. This game maybe I had, but the two way draw is more interesting for me.
23 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1911: I too am a liar. The name of the game is literally 'diplomacy'. Having such a good working relationship with Russia, my goal was to two-way draw with him, which then fell through once you overcame him in the North.
23 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1911: At the very first, the plan was a 3W draw with italy and Germany, but Italy prevented me a lot. :D
25 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1912: Gg everyone! Nicely plated to England and Turkey
25 Aug 19 UTC Spring, 1912: *played
26 Aug 19 UTC Good game folks
26 Aug 19 UTC Yes, it was nice. :)
