27 May 19 UTC Autumn, 1902: this your first France vs Austria?
27 May 19 UTC Spring, 1903: No, my second
27 May 19 UTC Spring, 1903: yea you already lost this, sorry mate
27 May 19 UTC Spring, 1905: well played
27 May 19 UTC Spring, 1905: whats the strat to winning these games
27 May 19 UTC Spring, 1905: Taking munich?
27 May 19 UTC Look at StPete, Berlin, Munich and Tunis
27 May 19 UTC Austria needs one of them for a draw, two of them for a win
27 May 19 UTC France needs 3 of them for a draw, 4 for a win
27 May 19 UTC StPete will always be French on the (very) long run, because they can get 4 units there
27 May 19 UTC So as Austria you need to secure either Tunis, Munich or Berlin
27 May 19 UTC interesting
27 May 19 UTC how many fvas have you played
27 May 19 UTC recently not so many, but they had some kind of tournament a while ago where I was invited to participate due to my ghost rating
27 May 19 UTC Even passing the group stage there - so basically my skill still comes from back then
27 May 19 UTC very cool
27 May 19 UTC gg and thanks for the tips
27 May 19 UTC Yea I can only advise you to really look at the map again and especially the stalemate positions. And then really push against your opponent, as Austria don't take Asia Minor or the Balkans, push for StPete and Tunis, and especially Germany
27 May 19 UTC Controlling Berlin and Munich is key for both players, and it is pretty much equally difficult to control those - which makes this 1v1 version so balanced
27 May 19 UTC Gotcha. So is GvI balanced then or no?
02 Jun 19 UTC GvI is not balanced!
