13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [India]:Good luck all, and do anyone know why BAT has green line?
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:Because it has two coasts. If you look the Baltic, Mexico, and Mont have it as well
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [Pacific-Russia]:gl to all!
=)
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [India]:Yep, I got it. Many territories have it. Thank you, I didn't notice them before you said.
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [Near-East]:Neither did I, you learn something new everyday
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [Ghana]:Gl all :)
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [Europe]:Most games with this map seem to have a winner from the far south. They're like Turkey, Russia and England on a standard map as they have 0 or 1 enemy in their rear. Beware the South! :-)
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:^ What he said ^
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:Tremble before me nations of the world!
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: GameMaster: SHOWMAN99 was banned: Multi. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [Brazil]:oof
13 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [Europe]:I wonder what country Showman99 had?
14 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [Near-East]:It will forever remain a mystery.
14 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [China]:You can find out pretty easily by looking at who bet 0 instead of 15 lol
14 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [South-Africa]:wait the bet was 15
14 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [Europe]:I guess Showmann99 had the Near-East since there's a 0 bet there.
14 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [India]:Yes he had, and we're lucky, usually moderators ban the games for cheating investigations. :)
14 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2000: [India]:I have another question, if country names are in alphabetical order, why is Oz separately at last place?
14 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: Moderator: (Claesar): Game paused for an investigation. Please do not vote to unpause, draw or cancel. Doing so will result in a penalty i.e. points docked.
14 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Europe]:Jeez! :-( My last game was cancelled after about 10 turns due to an investigation. At least this one is happening on the first turn.
15 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:You replaced the cheater, why can't the game go on?
15 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Libya]:This happened in another game I played. Theyre probably waiting to hear back from another player in the game to get their explanation if they think theyre cheating.
15 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:But why they ban them and let us play after the investigation? Maybe they don't want to reveal their names but why?
15 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: Moderator: (Claesar): These investigations indeed take a few days because we email the players in question and wait for a reply.
Whether a game needs to be cancelled depends on a number of factors. Most of the time, the cheating negatively affected someone and therefore the game must be removed. We apologise for the inconvenience.
In this specific case, I expect the game will be able to go on afterwards.
15 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:Okay, thank you. I hope this didn't negatively affect anyone so we can go on.
15 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Europe]:Not much really dramatic/harmful can happen on the first turn of this map. Unless they get super lucky it's also unlikely that 2 cheaters are going to be close to each other at the start of the game. Since nothing has happened here yet, the investigation almost certainly involves them in other games and they would get booted from all the games they're in.
19 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Ghana]:Does anyone know what's going on with this game? I odn't know why they've not cancelled or unpaused it.
19 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: GameMaster: gallegra309 was banned: Metagaming.
19 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: GameMaster: RichardMuncher was banned: Metagaming.
19 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: Moderator: (Claesar): This game will continue soon, with a new Brazil and China! Thanks for your patience.
19 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Ghana]:Well thanks for the update, hope to be restarting soon!
19 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [India]:Perfect, we waited but we feel more comfortable in this way. Good luck to new Brazil and new China.
19 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: [China]:Hello crew. New China is here to party!
22 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 2001: [Europe]:Ghana supports Libya into Algeria? Interesting.
07 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 2005: [South-Africa]:Ouch, forgot to do the rest of my orders.
16 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Quebec]:I will now reinact Denmark once being invaded *ahem*
16 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 2007: [Quebec]:I CAPITCHULATE PLEASE STOP I WILL DO NAYTHING
23 Nov 18 UTC [Europe]:This certainly looks like it's going to end in a draw. Any chance we could speed up that result? It's sum-of-squares so the little guys (like me) aren't going to get any points out of it anyway. OK, I would get 1 point. :-)
23 Nov 18 UTC [Brazil]:I’m up for a draw
23 Nov 18 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:me too if WC, Ghana and SAf are in!
23 Nov 18 UTC [Frozen-Antarctica]:My vote is in.
23 Nov 18 UTC [South-Africa]:Likewise
23 Nov 18 UTC [Ghana]:I'm happy with a draw too
24 Nov 18 UTC [Western-Canada]:I'll gladly draw
24 Nov 18 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:gg all!
24 Nov 18 UTC [Europe]:Good game! Also thanks to everyone for the draw!
