02 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Best of luck everyone!
03 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Good luck everyone.

Hey, Italy, Austria, how about we split up some Turkey.
03 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: I'm not so sure Global Chat is the best place to talk plans....
04 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1902: Germany went army heavy year one. That's a new one
05 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1902: This seems like the prime time for a D-Day joke, but I’m pretty bad at history
05 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1902: That's a good one
07 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: So, after that last turn, Russia has basically left the game and the only "attack" to speak of was at Brest. I hope we're not planning on a 5 or 6-way draw, here :P I have to admit, we've got some pretty skilled Diplomacy-ers talking throughout the game. I love games with unorthodox alliances, but 5-v-2 isn't a balanced board... we'll need to be thinking about what's going to happen after the next year or two
07 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: Well, I'm not convinced its 5 v 2 in a straight forward way. Just last turn England attacked France ... but I think you and I are on the same page... its not really a game at a 6 or 5 way draw... but its silly to let Germany get so big (although they only have one more SC than you do at the moment...).
07 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: A rather blatant attempt at crowd steering. You must be a politician. Answer a question with a statement that is unrelated to the question. I believe that a six way draw is ludicrous. At a minimum Austria and Russia should be taken out.
08 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: You can call it 'crowd steering' but maybe the 'crowd' isn't a crowd but individual players that need to think about the long game (and not just let you win??).
08 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: Oh for gods sake cut out the drama. I have 7 scs not 17. You’re as transparent as glass but not as sharp.
20 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1909: YELLOW WAVE!
21 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1909: Sheeet
21 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1909: And Italy’s dumb enough to supply the surf board ....
21 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: Italy's just prepping his anus for him
21 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: Nah, bro, no need to get vulgar. It’s not cool to betray a long-term ally. Also i don’t need the points.
22 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1909: Turkey if you don’t go for a solo now you shouldn’t play dip. The objective is win first of you can. Then draw if you can’t.
22 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1910: Not everyone plays for the win. I enjoy forming alliances and going for the draw. I know a few people who even play just for the opening moves. I’m pretty sure Germany just wants a chance to say “I told you so”
22 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1910: Not at all. When I can see a win clearly I go for it. That’s the purpose of the game. I draw far more often than win. But when it’s so obvious as this a win is the only real game option.
22 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1910: Oh and of course you’d say that Italy. I’d say the same in your position, it’s Turkeys ‘nads I question,
22 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1910: If you’d like I can write out the moves needed for turkey to guarantee a win?
23 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1910: I don't doubt Turkey could win the game, so writing out moves would be unnecessary. I just doubted that he'd actually go for the stab. Perhaps I should stop assuming everyone is as loyal as I am though.
23 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1910: What? as if there was no indication of Turkey stabbing from early on in the game?
23 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1910: Needed Austria to take out Russia. Austria proved somewhat unreliable after immediately attacking our three-way team. Possible co-op with Germany against Russia. Germany only ever lied and then was silent, Turkey prospers by luck alone. How to convince Italy to work with Turkey? Feed him free centers all game; Mar, Vie, Tri, didn’t take Tun or Naples when i could have... But yes, i am the bad guy
23 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1910: No you’re playing to win. That’s good.
23 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1910: I mean, you didn't really have to convince me. I had been pretty dedicated to working with you ever since the original 3-way team with you, me, and Austria was formed up. I was an admittedly easy mark.
24 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1911: The funny thing is that the only place turkey is and was weak is st Pete’s. Take st Pete’s and you get Moscow easily. England lacks the vision to realize that (
25 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1911: Strike me down, and i shall become more powerful than you can imagine
25 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 1911: Also, StP retreats to Moscow, Moscow defended. Bingo
26 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1912: Sorry for the holdup! Work was busy and I didn't get a chance to check back in after yesterday afternoon
26 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1912: OH GOD ENGLAND NO
26 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1912: PLEASE
26 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1912: What?
27 Apr 18 UTC I think that'll do. Hopefully saying so isn't going to bite me... good game, yall
27 Apr 18 UTC At this point, even if we did manage to hold you off for a turn, I don't realistically see us being able to force you into a draw. We'd just be prolonging the inevitable.

Very good game everyone!
27 Apr 18 UTC The real risk now comes from England: is he the type to block Sweden solo, or support Norway? Or rather, am I the type to go safe and support into Norway, or so I stab at Sweden? The suspense is so real!
